Florist.ca is not a traditional florist. We operate a direct-to-consumer model with production facilities across Canada. Our trained designers craft each bouquet on-site, using flowers sourced directly from growers. This means you get fresher flowers at lower prices — with 98.7% customer satisfaction.
How do I place an order with Florist.ca?
You can order online through our website or by phone. Our team processes orders centrally from our Ottawa office and fulfills them in production hubs located in major Canadian cities.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Yes — but only within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, changes are subject to a $10 administration fee, and during holidays, changes are not guaranteed due to high order volume. Contact our customer support team any time to resolve any issues.
Can I cancel my flower order?
Cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order are free. Orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Note: All holiday orders are final sale. Contact our customer support team for any issues.
What delivery options do you offer?
Florist.ca offers Next Day Delivery ($14.99) and Same Day Delivery ($19.98) in select city centres including Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver and more. Orders outside these zones are shipped by overnight courier. For our full shipping policy, please click here.
What are the delivery hours for Florist.ca?
Deliveries to residential addresses occur between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for businesses. We do not deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays, except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. For our full delivery policy, please click here.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
You can leave delivery instructions when ordering (e.g., leave with a neighbour). If no one is home, our driver will use discretion based on safety and weather. Incorrect addresses may incur re-delivery fees. Contact our customer support team to resolve any issues.

Yes — during peak times like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, holiday surcharges and extended delivery hours may apply. Orders placed after 4:00 PM local time for next-day delivery incur a $4.99 surcharge.
Do you accept international orders for Canadian delivery?
Yes! International customers can order flowers for delivery in Canada. Payments are processed in USD, and Canadian provincial taxes are applied based on the delivery destination.
What if I made a mistake in my order details?
If you notice an error (like a wrong name, message, or address), please contact us within one hour of placing your order.
